How can I find out if I have named an emergency contact for my account?

I think I have done this, but I can't find anyway to check. I seem to remember being asked to do so, but it could have been for something else. If I have not done this, and it is possible to do, how do I proceed?

I'd be happy to help. If you're looking to make it such that a family member can assist you with recovering your account in the event you forget your account password or lose your Secret Key, then making that person a Family Organizer would be the path forward. You can learn more here:
