Trying to import contents of my LastPass vault to 1Password, but I do not get the "IMPORT" option.

On my Mac, under "FILE," I do not get the "IMPORT" choice. The setup shown in the brief how-to video doesn't look like what shows up on my screen. Please help. I cannot seem to be able to export from LastPass to 1Password, either, because I immediately get a "link has expired or is invalid" message when I go to my email as directed. Thank you for your assistance with these problems.
