Gettting import fail from lastpass to onepass, debug shows "Failed to remove quarantine"

I used mac as a category but it also occured on windows so no OS related.
I try to import my lastpass vault into 1pass but I get an "connection" error. I disable my vpn but it did not help
I used a personal pc with no vpn same happen.
My lastpass is provided by my company and uses MFA, not sure if this is related.
During the import I am being prompt for the MFA and the error occurs once I accepted it.
