I am on day 1 of using this manager and so far NOT IMPRESSED!

  1. No way to delete duplicates!
  2. So I figured OK I'll export all my data than delete everything and go into excel and cleanup my over 1000 passwords saved from Lastpass
  3. So now I have a clean csv data to import and delete all my passwords to start over
  4. What I can't delete more about 18 passwords at a time this will take hours! WTF!
  5. So I than select and try to use keyboard and the damn keyboard is broken in the app! The delete key does not work so I can't even do Shift + page down to select twice than hit delete.. no I have to right click to damn well delete?

Who the hell thought of designing a crappy app that has no delete recycle bin option? Are you development team total idiots? Basic functionality is missing in this app completely! I really prefer Lastpass or Dashlane over a non functional awful UI! I could not recommend this app to anyone due to simple functions are totally broken!

CRITICAL functions
1. Delete duplicates
2. Easier way to delete multiple passwords
3. Everything I read Android password auto fill is broken

  • Hello @molitar,

Thanks for trying out 1Password and sending along your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you've ran into some troubles.

Duplicate detection and removal is an issue the team is currently looking into and I've passed this feedback along as a +1.

    ref: 32479892

We are aware of an issue that will be fixed in an upcoming nightly version were users have been unable to permanently destroy more than 49 items.

    ref: dev/core/core#17690

However, I am not aware of any issues deleting multiple items. Our keyboard shortcuts indicate that the Delete key is used to move the selected items to the Archive, while Ctrl + Delete will delete the selected items. You should be able to select multiple items using a combination of Ctrl and/or Shift + left click, then Ctrl + Delete or right-click those to delete.

With regard to permanently destroying items, this function is available through the recently deleted items folder by selecting one or more items, right-clicking > Permanently destroy...

These details can be found in our guide to, Archive and delete items.

If could you let us know if this continues to be a problem, we'd be happy to help investigate.

With regard to 1Password for Android, could you let us know specifically where you are having troubles with password auto-fill, so we can address this further?
