when I want to switch from a family plan to an individual plan, I go to settings and click on : To use 1Password by yourself, switch to an individual account. then I get the error message below pop up in the browser window
An individual account with this email address already exists.
This action is not permitted.
ServerError: 403 (account_already_exists)
what should I do to switch to an individual plan
