2 Questions: Suggestions & Opening Screen

Hello! I'm struggling with two problems I haven't found answers to. I hope you can help me!

  1. On Windows desktop and iOS, when I open 1Pass to fill in a login, I often get too many options and I have to go through them one by one until I find the right login.

  2. Again, desktop and device, whenever I open the app, it opens up an entry with "save changes" offered. It's not even a recent entry. It just seems to be random.
