BITBOT!! Why wont someone at 1password call me.
I am having issues with upgrading. I paid another year on the family plan. I think that might have been stupid. I have had 1 password for years (Version4 on) and it all upgraed fine, not now.
So I go to get help and all I get is a response from BITBOT telling me how to fix, which doesnt work., and a promise that "One of my human friends will get back to you as soon as possible" Thats now been 2 days. In the meantime the 1password says dont shut it down will until support is contacted.
Are you guys really serious?
