Billing date and contract
Hello Dears,
Could you kindly address me a couple of doubts about billing and contract?
- The annual charge date for our 11 licenses is August, 30. If I add a new user today, when the value of this extra license will be charged?
- The person who hired 1password's service is no longer working for the company. Is it possible we find/check the agreement/contract he signed with you?
- Last but not least, how can we schedule a meeting with a specialist to address some technical doubts we have in order to build up a big project involving IDM and SIEM? (Preferably a specialist who is able to speak Portuguese).
