Getting an error when trying to switch from Team to Individual account

When I try to switch from Team to individual account, I get the following message:

Failed to switch to an individual account.

An unexpected error occurred.

ServerError: 400

Session: VSUHY5Z6E5HZFDOKCQIR6L3ZGA

Time: 2023-05-05T05:25:20.888Z____
