1password sign in often not working for my partner

Hey there,
I recently added my partner to 1password, created shared vaults - the whole nine yards.
However, we noticed that she often cannot log into the account anymore on devices that she has been logged in in the past, while being still logged into other devices. Most recently she was still logged into her iPhone App but could not use the same credentials on Windows.
Previously it was also the other way around.

I can reset her account every time and then it works but after a while it does not which frustrates her and in turn frustrates me.

Is it possible that we are missing something? What else can we check?
