Why does 1Password make it so hard to subscribe?
You want people to purchase your services, right? So you may annoy them by having to copy all the credentials manually instead of being able to use the autofill feature. Makes sense on a business perspective.
But why do you even annoy your potential customers when they are using your own services? Ie. your website, your community site or the management portal? Being forced to manually get all the details to log in to your portal and eventually subscribe is rather preventing me from doing so than encouraging it.
Same situation once you are about subscribe: Instead of making it easy to full fill in the payment details and complete the subscription, you annoy your new customers again.
You should definitely rethink this process and attitude.
