I want to keep my account. I just want to clear all of the data I've imported and start from scratch.

We are not able to take action on your account, if you would like to remove items from your account and start from scratch, you can either start over with a new account or remove all the existing items within the account:

Am I currently being charged for the account? I don't want to pay a fee again to start from scratch. I shouldn't have to. I've seen others post to have their accounts reset and it was completed. I want the same.
