Azure SSO login issue

Hello, after setting up Azure SSO the test users are not able to login. They are logging in via the company 1Password portal.

When attempting to switch to Azure sign-in they are given the following error message

'Failed to verify the identity provider's response. Contact your account administrator for assistance.

This action is not permitted.

ServerError: 403 (forbidden: invalid_grant: AADSTS50158: External security challenge not satisfied. User will be redirected to another page or authentication provider to satisfy additional authentication challenges.'

What are the next troubleshooting steps?
