cannot register 2FA on https://app.pluralsight.com/

Hi there,

i am new to 1password. Not sure why but I am not able to register 2FA on https://app.pluralsight.com/. I tried scanning the QR code as well as manually enter one time password. However it works, when I use Microsoft authenticator.

OS Version: Windows

    Hey @syedali1,

    I'm having a hard time testing this on my end without an account.

    Can you let me know if you are seeing the option to scan the QR code when you click on the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and select the 3 dots in the corner of the item?

    What happens when you click it? Are you seeing a message saying that it failed to scan?

    Any information you can provide would be really helpful, I look forward to hearing from you.
