Login problems after purchase

Hello, I just bought 1password and imported my passwords from Chrome. Now I was sorting my passwords and building a nice structure in 1Password. Unfortunately, I can no longer make any adjustments and when I want to open the online version, it only says "forbidden". I googled the error and find that it can be an IP block. Can you help me there?
