I'm having the exact same issue. Using Chrome as my browser, though.

I've the same problem, starting today: blank screen when starting 1Password by ANY method, including as quick start or from browser.

Restart didn't help. Switching from NIGHTLY to BETA did solve the problem.

    DETAILS:

    • The problem started today.
    • I'm on nightly channel. Uninstall says "Product version: 8.10.7-25.NIGHTLY".
    • Windows 10 Pro with Edge.
    • Screenshot is here, and below.

It's confusing to look at, because 1Password has no window borders. But that's a different (UI-design) BUG.

If I select "Settings" from the notification-tray icon, I also get a gray screen, but this time with a window border and a title bar with a functional "X" (exit) button.

EDITS: Correct my update channel. Add minor details.

    Hi everyone,

Our team is currently investigating a problem that prevents the 1Password window from appearing in recent nightly versions of 1Password 8.10.7. The problem has been fixed in 8.10.7-29. To get 1Password working again, reinstall the beta version of 1Password:

If you still have any issues opening 1Password after running the beta installer, please email support@1password.com so we can investigate any remaining issues with you.

    Thank you,
