1Password did not transfer from i12 to i14. Can not log on without Secret Key and can not reset key
I have had 1Password for years. I purchased the app for 4.95. I am trying to sign into the app on my new phone. I do not have the secret key. I can not access the account without the secret key. I can not reset the secret key as I have no idea what email I would have used when I bought the app. I am at a loss on how to get this app that I use all the time on my new phone--without having to purchase a subscription.

You'll have a Secret Key only if you have a 1Password membership, paid monthly or annually. If so, you'll be able to find it on any of your other devices where you're signed in to 1Password: Find your Secret Key or Setup Code
If you don't have a 1Password membership, or if you can't find your Secret Key, send us an email at
