Password does not sync between App and extension

Hi, i am using 1password family.
In my app, password had changed to 12345 (example), but in my extension, both extension for edge and safari, password have not been updated, it's still old password(1234). It's happened a few week. Help me please

1Password Version: 8.10.7
Extension Version: 2.11.0
OS Version: Window 11
Browser:_ Edge, safari
