SignIn Approval Question

So we have 1password deployed in our small domain. We are using Azure for the Identity Provider. Users do not sit at the same computer all the time. The users jump from one pc to another everyday. I have the 1password brower exention deployed to all workstations in our domain. The issue is that when a user signs in with their domain cred it wants them to approve on another computer they already logged into. This could be a problem. Is there a way to change this approval to be sent to either the admin or emailed directly to the user? If that makes sense
