website not filling password/username

when I click on a saved site in 1P/W it opens ok but in username, and password boxes, it is blank there is no 1P/W icon to click. Both sites were working ok till last Saturday, I have not changed or altered anything in 1P/W or on my win pc using win 11 and FF. any suggestions please, all other sites open as they should it is just these particular sites.

    Thanks for your message. I'm sorry to hear of the recent troubles you've encountered with these two particular websites.

    It sounds like you are using the Open and fill option by clicking on the website field in the 1Password app. If this is the case, do these sites work as expected if you open 1Password in the browser by clicking the icon in your browser's taskbar, searching for the item and selecting Open & Fill?

    If you are still having troubles, would you be able to provide the URLs for these sites so we can test things out?
