FAQj says "Tap the picture of your account or collection at the top right and choose Settings > Autofill". So where do I find Settings?

  • Hi @dave99t, thanks for your question.

You can tap the account or collection icon in the top right corner of the Home, Items, Search or Watchtower tabs to access Settings. If you don't see the icon, you may need to return to the surface of the tab by tapping back, or the relevant tab a long the bottom bar, one or two times. If you're using a tablet, tap the overflow in the top left to open the sidebar ( ☰ ) then tap your account or collection.

Here's what enabling Autofill will typically look like:

Let us know how that goes and thanks again!

This is my Settings page- where is the Autofill option?

  • Hi @dave99t, thanks for following up with me.

It looks like you're on a Windows device so the settings menu would look different than with 1Password for Android. 1Password for Windows does not directly fill as you might with 1Password for iOS or Android so it does not have an Autofill option. On a Windows PC you can save and fill in the browser with the 1Password browser extension. For apps, you can use Quick Access to help fill or drag and drop from 1Password for Windows.

Let us know if there's anything we can help with!
