Pausing Google Cloud when not in use

I was able to setup and run the SCIM in Google Cloud. But we are a small org - approx. 65 users - and most of the time the bridge isn't in use - but it still incurs charges in the $30-40 per month range.

On the Azure side, I can stop provisioning and start provisioning with the click of the appropriate button. But on the GC side - there is no apparent "VM" that I can shut down or pause when I'm not using it (which is 99% of the time).

Rather than scrapping the provisioning system, is there a way to pause the GC instance, manually, when not in use?

While I realize this is outside the scope of 1Password support - I figure if someone knew enough to document how to build the bridge, they might also know how to pause it when it's not needed.

Thanks.
