Arrange fields in my vault to be permanent

Hey,
While configuring fields in API credentials it's not automatically updated for future items that i need to save.
1. Is there an option to set-up fields that are pre-configured so i won't have to do so every time while saving an item?
2. Do i have the option to delete/change 'Username' field?
