Desperately seeking help from 1Pass support since Friday - Ticket 147007
Hey guys,
Please help with this today as I cannot access my 1Password, which in turn means I cannot access any logins for the tons of accounts we use to run our business. I have been trying to get help since Friday but I feel like I am just let hung out to dry.
Overview:
I cannot login to our team account using either of the two owner/admin accounts as I don't have the master passwords:
They were both just using biometrics to login and never saved the pw's in written form.
I can login to all the other accounts in the team account. However, those users do not have recovery permissions. Please help me. We have submitted a few tickets, I have reached out via social media, I tried to call your sales team. I am obviously desperate at this stage. Please help.
