No permission to edit post

Posted on Beta 4 forum about a problem...went to edit it and got "Do not have permission to do that."

I think there may be a time limit. Are you able to edit the post now?

I'm really late to this party, but since I recently began participating in the Mac bata, I learned that the time limit to edit one's post, including boneheaded errors, is only one hour. Since I figured that out, I've tried to be sure to return and reread within that timeframe . ;)

Yeah, I should have clarified my (probably confusing) post above. Editing is only available for an hour to prevent spam accounts from posting non spam content but changing it surreptitiously days or weeks later.
