Hello,
We had saved the 15-word file for our Coinbase Commerce seed phrase on Onepassword and then deleted the file from our computer.
This morning, when we reopened it, we saw that the file was encrypted.
For example:
qDFQ-dCLF
mBk7-cBDg

What can i do ?
Thanks

  • Hello @maxencefiu,

Please excuse the delay in response over the Canada Day long weekend. I'm sorry for the troubles that you've run into with your Coinbase Commerce seed phrase.

If I'm understanding correctly, it sounds like this phrase was saved as a file and attached to an item in 1Password? If this is the case, what happens when click on the file saved, and download it to your device: Save important files in 1Password

1Password will save files/documents in the state it was in before adding it. The data is encrypted within 1Password by your account password (and Secret Key), but files themselves are not encrypted separately. If this file is encrypted after downloading it, it sounds as though it was in this state when saving it in 1Password.

If I haven't hit the mark here, could you provide some additional details? Thanks!
