Family downgrade to individual

Hi all,
I've got a family account, but due to my wife and I separating, I want to downgrade it to a individual account as I'm due to renew on 14th July and want it on the cheaper plan.
I've removed my wife as a family member but when I try to downgrade I get an error saying an individual account already exists. I've been through numerous versions of 1Password (since v5 I think).
I've contacted support but is there anything else I can try?

Hey! Support will be able to see if you have an old individual account you have forgotten about; that's why this error pops up.
