I am a member of a family plan and my account is saying that it’s suspended when I try to log in.

  1. Why does it say that?
  2. Is there any way to migrate my personal vault to a new account?

    Yes, there is. If you are able to log in to your family account, then you should be able to move your data to an individual account. Therefore, you have to register a new individual account or log in to an existing account. Then you could move your data.

  • Hi @tonycore,

    If your account is saying suspended, then you have been suspended by the family organizer on the account and may want to reach out to them too clarify whether or not this was a mistake and if so, have them reinstate the account.

    In regard to moving to your own account, the above reply would point you in the right direction!
