Malwarebytes subscription offer when you buy their VPN to extend your license?

Hi,

I have the exact issue as the post linked below. Essentially, my 1password families subscription runs out in 1 week and I am looking to purchase the offer for MalwareBytes Privacy VPN upgrade to extend/manage my 1Password families subscription.
