1Password doesn't autofill on Disney.com websites.
Within the last few weeks, Disney has made a change to their login system they use for most Disney properties and 1PW can no longer autofill using the in form drop downs.
You can see this on most Disney websites as they all use a similar version of the popup style login form:
https://www.disney.com/
https://www.disneymovieinsiders.com/
https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/login
All of these sites are using the same Disney login credentials.
The autofill works when selecting it from the 1PW icon in the browser toolbar.
The autofill does NOT work when selecting a login directly on the form dropdowns (when you click on a form field and in the form it drops down the login options). This results in nothing filling in the form.
This is impacting all browsers I have tried on my Mac: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge.
This is not impacting browsers in iOS as I don't think they get the same popup style login form.
1Password Version: 8.10.8 (81008045)
Extension Version: 2.12.0
OS Version: macOS 13.4.1
Browser: Chrome

EvonG1P: Using Firefox, I first go to https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/ Then, clicking on the Sign In or Create hyperlink. This then shifts the display to a request for my Email address. There is an empty box to enter my email. Clicking in the box changes the display to include the 1Password icon in the empty box. Nothing happens clicking on the icon. Clicking in the box brings a sub-windows containing older possible login ids. Clicking on one of the ideas does nothing except cause the sub-window to disappear. Nothing is filled in. If I hand enter an id, the window changes to asking for a password. This displays an empty box, with the 1Password icon. Clicking on the icon or clicking in the box opens a sub-window, generated by 1Password that displays a number possible logins/passwords. Clicking on any of those causes the sub-window to disappear, and nothing is entered in the password box.
If I use the previous mentioned workaround, it will fill these requests correctly. However, I attempt to use the Open and Fill option in the extension, it simply opens the first window and I'm back in the same situation as before, needing the workaround to login or manually type the entries.
The same scenario occurs with any Chrome browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave). Clicking on My Plan or any of the login links or Disney.com all simply brings the same situation.
In all cases I have tested so far, the Open and Fill option, evoked from either the extension or the application, all fail in the same way. Using only the Autofill in the extension for each part of the login procedure does work.
The only other extension installed is Bitdefender; however, disabling Bitdefender does not change anything.
I hope you can resolve this issue quickly.

I'm sorry for the trouble jackboxnapkin, are you able to use the above workaround for the time being?

I have this issue as well and I'm hoping a fix is still in the works.

Hey blubell, I'm glad to hear that the "Autofill" button does work from the 1Password extension pop-over. You mentioned:
however, I expect this to work with all the Disney Go logins.
I've done some testing on https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/, but I haven't been able to recreate the same behaviour. May I ask which other Disney logins you're experiencing an issue on?

Correction to my last post, the Open and Autofill function from the extension/add-in does not work. However, once the User Id page is open, the extension/add-in Autofill function does work. Likewise for the Password page. I have only tested the WDW, My Plans page; however, I expect this to work with all the Disney Go logins.

This workaround does NOT work in Windows 10/11, Firefox or Chrome based browsers.
