Failed to load user information from local storage

I saw this topic

and thought I'd post again here as this has been closed and we're having the same issue.

We have SSO through Azure with about 25+ users while only 2 are having issues.

Currently 2 of our users (new) are unable to register or login to 1password after the invitation.
with the use of either MS Edge or Chrome they have the same issue

both Chrome and Edge are up to date.

funny enough in Azure AD looking at the sign in logs, it shows that the SSO was a success.

yet we're unable to login.
