"Unable to find user info."

We are currently in the process of deploying 1Password to our users. Over half of our users have successfully been deployed but that stopped two days ago. Since then, when attempting to sign into new accounts for the first time we are greeted with "Unable to find user info." Anyone else run into this issue?

We are using the desktop app to sign in on 1password.com. We are using Duo for MFA.

OS Version: Windows 10
Browser: Chrome
