"Didn't get a code?" link takes me a an SSO help page

Going through the steps, I wasn't getting a sign-in request wherever I last signed in, so I clicked on "Didn't get a code?, but it seems it the wrong page (unless I screwed up somehow.

I also had a difficult time getting a code to sign in my Mac after creating the new account on my device. I had to force quit the iOS app, once I reopened I was presented with a code.
