"Verifying it's you" - "Unable to sign in with passkey"

I setup the test account on iOS and it worked. I then tried to add that account on Chrome, but I just get a spinning "Verifying it's you" dialog that just spins and spins. I eventually get a "Unable to sign in with passkey" error.
FYI, I tried to add the test account on my macOS latest beta, but I never get a sign-in request on in my iOS app either.

    We have encountered some intermittent issues with the reliability of the device verification flow. Our team is tracking down those issues.

    There are a few steps you can try in the mean time:
    1. Lock the iOS app and unlock it, sometimes this will trigger the prompt to appear
    2. If that doesn't work try to sign in again on Chrome later and it will eventually work
