Windows Hello interfering with 1Password passkey usage

I am attempting to access my Google account.

The passkey for it is saved in 1Password. It works as expected on my Mac (Chrome). However on Windows 11, when I click "Continue" to use my passkey, it seems Windows Hello hijacks the workflow and I can not continue. Same outcome on Brave (primary) and Chrome (testing). I am using the 1Password beta browser extension at the latest version, in both cases.
