Introductory discounts for European .eu server members

I’m currently signed up to 1passport.eu in the 14 day trial period. I'm considering going ahead and buying an annual subscription and was expecting to get an introductory discount using the 50% offer that seems to be currently widely available for US members using the .com site. I’m unable to find any offers in Euros, does that mean none are available on this side of the pond?
