FR: Make it easier to add URL to existing login

As a user, when I visit a website and notice the login I need is not associated with the website, I should be able to 1-click add it via searching for the login, not require editing in a whole new window.

    Hey @b3nw,

    When saving a login on a page 1Password should capture the website URL. However, I do see where you are coming from whereby it would be good to have a way to quickly associate a login with a page.
