How long does it take for a support to reply?

I have been having some major Mac issues with Apple Mail crashing whenever an email is sent that forced me to reinstall the OS, then import my data from Time Machine. Unfortunately it didn't fix my Mail issues and now I have a message from 1Password saying:

"1Password has detected an error with your local app database, please contact
mailto:support@1password.com."

I sent in an email around 18 hours ago and had an automated response, but nothing since and this is blocking my whole work day. Luckily it still works on my iPhone, however it is a pain having to read from the phone and manually type in every password. How long does it take for support to reply these days?
