Does AgileBits provide better support for business users? I find both email and these forums as the only method of support to be wholely inadequate when a user is having a major issue that needs to be resolved ASAP.

In other words, is there a dedicated call or chat line for business users? I find it frustrating that you can talk to a sales rep in real time, but not a support person.
