Following up on an old thread and 1Password for Windows not syncing

I started this thread (https://1password.community/discussion/134326/poor-app#latest) and have not got a change to reply. Now I see it's already closed. I fail to understand why is it already closed?
I have been sharing different issues faced with 1pw8. You already have the list. See that the improvements are shared immediately and not wait for 2 years in beta. This is with respect to date issue. I'm surprised it's in beta as this was not an issue on 1pw7.
I have been using on Mac, windows, android and iPhone.

The thread that you linked to hasn't had any activity for many months. Once a thread hasn't been responded to in a few months it is automatically closed. This is done to keep the forum tidy and to prevent old threads that may no longer be relevant from being bumped and confusing people.
The 1Password app is constantly updated so chances are that an old thread contains information that doesn't apply to the latest version. Folks can always open a new thread and link to the old thread if they wish to continue an older conversation.
If you're running into an issue with 1Password that you haven't yet brought up in one of the other threads that you recently posted in then please let me know more and I would be happy to help. 🙂

My bad. I didn't see the date. I think I had created a new one a few days back and the title was "poor app" so probably I mixed it up with it.
Whatever I've faced I've already shared to what I remember. I may have missed some. I only want that issues should get solved ASAP so then we can move on. I'm facing lot of issue for the option key issue, date issue, etc. I'm also loosing faith in 1pw as such issues are cropping up. This was never the case with 1pw7. 1pw8 was supposed to be better but it looks like you've coded from scratch and so it's creating issues.
Everyone want good things to remain but poor things to improve. Here it's going in different direction.

Thank you for the reply. Our developers are aware of the issues that you mentioned and hopefully they'll be fixed as soon as possible. I'm sorry again for the inconvenience and frustration.

Are you seeing any error messages about "offline items"? Are items not syncing when using 1Password in the browser or when using the desktop app itself on your Windows machine?
And do you see a complete and correct copy of all of your items when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?
