HELP -- can not use anymore the 1password cli

in CLI

on my Mac , i can not use anymore the 1password cli .

The op app is running , and working . i set the option "Connect with 1Password CLI"

The app version is 1Password for Mac 8.10.9 (81009046)

macos-laptop:~ foobar$ op signin --debug

i tried to desinstall and reinstall ....
