Strange behavior on appleid.apple.com

When I have the 1Password Extension (beta) v 2.13.1 enabled in Safari or Safari Tech. Preview, the yellow message flashes rapidly on the screen. It says something like "Your identity can not be verified, try again".

As soon as I turn the extension off and reload the page, it goes away and acts normal.

I just realized I did not use the latest extension. Upgrading it seemed to solve it.
