Wrong name for computer
Hello,
Today, I wanted to open my 1password app on my computer, but it says I have never connected with this computer. It is strange, because I already used it. So I connected.
I received a mail which say there is a new connexion to my account. But in the mail, they give a wrong name to my computer (but the IP address is the good one).
I connected to my account on the web, and I take off the autorisation to that computer. But so I couldn't connect anymore with the app. So I connected again, and it works but again with the wrong name.
Is it normal ? Should I worry about this ?

Hi @StudioNeuneu,
Instead of deauthorizing the device, are you able to directly sign out of 1Password and then sign back in via the steps found in this article: https://support.1password.com/sign-out

I succeeded to solve this problem by uninstalling and installing the app. Nothing else has worked.0 -
