SSO Linking Problem
We are piloting Unlock 1Password with SSO (our IdP is Okta) and we have a handful of members so far in the pilot group. One new member to the pilot was running into issues. They were seeing an error during the SSO linking step

The irony is, this person was logged in via (redacted by 1Password support).1password.com -- and when navigating there in a new tab, there was a different account which was coming up first (a former employee). We seemed to be stuck in a log in loop and could not determine how to resolve this.
Same result in an incognito window. Any suggestions?
