1Password for Safari not Loading

Hi steph_giles - I'm experiencing a similar issue as LarryMcJ since upgrading to the latest Safari for 1Password (2.14.0) from the App Store while also running native 1Password for Mac 8.10.9 production:

I tried your suggestion to LarryMcJ as well as reinstalling Safari from 1Password while ensuring that no 1Password processes are running via Activity Monitor.
