1password does not get focus when requesting SSH key from fullscreen application

Hi all! When I'm working in an IDE (RubyMine, for example) and my application is expanded to full screen, when I push commit 1password doesn't get the focus and I have to click on 1password in the tray myself and select the item waiting for unlock confirmation. This is not convenient, is there any way to fix this? Or is it a bug?
