Forgot password
Hi, I'm new and I'm using google translate. I forgot to write my master password in an emergency kit and now I forgot my master/account password. please help let me know if i can reset the account password or move data from the old vault to the new account.
I only log in from my iphone and I haven't activated face id.

We're not able to reset your account password, but you might find some of the suggestions in this article useful:
☞ If you forgot your 1Password account password or you can't unlock the app
If you still can't unlock 1Password after trying those things, send us an email using the link at the bottom and we'll be able to advise on what happens next.
