Restrict password suggestion to subdomain

How can I force individual password items to suggest only on exact subdomains? Logins to clinics using janeapp.com show up regardless of the subdomain which makes it very confusing which login to use

    You choose choose where a login is suggested by using the steps in this guide: Change where a login is suggested and filled

    If that doesn't work then can you tell me the subdomain that you've selected in 1Password and the domain where 1Password is suggesting a login so that I can investigate further?
