Renewal via the appstore does not work in 1password desktop/iOS

Hi,

I have had a subscription to 1password via the AppStore for several years.

Have renewed the annual subscription after a three-week break via the AppStore.

But it doesn't work on 1password on my Mac or iPhone. I am told that my account is frozen.

What should I do?
