Thank you for the request! Before I file a feature request on your behalf could you tell me a little more about the functionality that you'd like to see? Specifically, which of the two options do you prefer:

1. 1Password uses the URL of the image to download the image and then discards the URL.
2. 1Password uses the URL of the image to download the image and then keeps the URL to periodically check to see if the image at the URL has been updated.

Thanks for the reply. While I can't promise anything, I've filed a feature request on your behalf to have the product team consider adding the ability to set custom icons using a URL. 🙂
